Engineering a Seamless Livestream Experience
CHALLENGE
Trinity School reopened faster than others during COVID by implementing a 50% occupancy strategy. However, daily Chapel assemblies faced a challenge: maintaining community and inclusion while keeping the auditorium half empty to meet social distancing guidelines.
SOLUTION
To solve this, Trinity’s tech team partnered with Resonant AV to implement a three-camera, full HD livestream broadcast. This setup enabled remote students and faculty to participate seamlessly. Each broadcast included live music, guest speakers, short films, and interactive Zoom interviews complete with live Q&A sessions.
RESULT
The livestream solution proved to be a creative and effective bridge, keeping the entire school community connected. Even with physical separation, the spirit and engagement of Chapel assemblies were preserved, supporting a strong sense of connection and continuity across the school community.
